The story
BTC Direct Shop is the hardware store of Aurum Novum I B.V. in Nijmegen, which has also traded as Cryptomaan since 2016. The range covers eleven hardware wallet brands — Ledger, Trezor, BitBox02, Blockstream Jade, Keystone 3 Pro, NGRAVE ZERO, OneKey, Passport, SafePal, SecuX and Tangem — from €49 for a Ledger Nano S Plus to €359 for a Passport Prime, alongside metal seed backups (including its own SOLIDHODL brand), books, nodes and miners. One distinction belongs here: the shop is a different legal entity from BTC Direct Europe B.V., the broker that has held a MiCAR/CASP authorisation from the AFM since 18 June 2025. A shop selling devices does not need that authorisation and does not hold it — what you buy here is hardware, not an investment service.

- Break the seal on a hardware wallet and your right of return lapses for good — the fourteen-day cooling-off period no longer helps.
