• BTC Direct Shop does not use a discount code; the shop promotions apply automatically in the basket.
• Free shipping from €60. Below that the shop charges postage, and the rate only appears in the basket.
• Order on a working day before the cut-off and it ships the same day with PostNL, but only for items in stock — the rest are marked ‘new stock: 1-10 working days’. The cut-off differs per language edition: 23:00 on the Dutch one, 15:00 on the English one.
• Fourteen days to change your mind, then fourteen days to send it back, free of charge. Once the seal on a hardware wallet is broken, returns are excluded.
• Payment by iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin.
• The shop is Aurum Novum I B.V. in Nijmegen (KvK 80066720), not the authorised broker BTC Direct Europe B.V.
