- Shipping costs according to the shop (read 29 September 2026): free from €60 to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, otherwise €4.99; to France €6.99 from €60 and €11.99 below; to Spain, Portugal and Poland €7.99 from €60 and €12.99 below.
- Items in stock leave the same day: to the Netherlands and Belgium when ordered before 23:00 (Sunday to Friday) with PostNL, to Germany and Austria before 19:00 with DHL (2 to 4 days) and to other EU countries before 17:00 with UPS (3 to 7 days). Everything else shows “new stock: 1-10 working days”.
- Fourteen days to change your mind, then fourteen days to send it back, free of charge. Once the seal on a hardware wallet is broken, returns are excluded.
- Payment by iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin.
