GPU mining calculator: what does your card earn?
Enter your card's hashrate and power. We calculate with the current difficulty, block reward and price of four well-known coins, and with the electricity price in your country. That way you can see what is left once the electricity is paid for, if anything.
Pick your card to use the maximum NVIDIA states, or measure what it draws with a plug-in power meter.
Per day
Enter your hashrate to see what it earns.
Not included: pool fees, transaction fees, the cost of the card, the rest of the PC and tax.
How we calculate
- Earnings per day = your hashrate × 86,400 seconds × the reward per block, divided by the number of hashes the network currently needs per block on average (the difficulty). That is your share of the blocks with average luck.
- We fetch the difficulty and the reward every 15 minutes from a public explorer or node for each coin, and the price every ten minutes from CoinGecko.
- With a pool you receive your share every day, but the earnings fluctuate and the pool usually keeps a few per cent.
Why these four coins
You have not been able to mine Ethereum since 15 September 2022. Ravencoin, Ergo, Ethereum Classic and Conflux are well-known coins that you can still mine with a GPU. Profitability rankings are often topped by a young coin: little trading, often one large pool and a difficulty that rises quickly. On 23 October 2026 that was Pearl; WhatToMine itself called it a fresh coin with early-stage software.
Things to bear in mind
- A card that mines day and night draws close to its full power and turns it into heat.
- Prices and difficulty change every hour. What earns something today may be a loss tomorrow.
- You are responsible for your own tax return, and the rules differ from country to country.
Frequently asked questions
Can you still make money with your GPU in 2026?
Sometimes a little, often not. With well-known coins, mining at European electricity prices often costs more than it earns. Work it out above with your card and your electricity price.
Where do I find my card's hashrate?
In your mining software or on your pool's dashboard, once the card has been running for a few minutes. The hashrate differs from coin to coin, because each coin uses a different algorithm.
Can I also rent out my GPU?
Yes, through platforms such as Vast.ai, Salad or Clore.ai. None of these platforms guarantees that your card will be rented, so there is no fixed income.
