Terms & disclaimer
These terms apply to your use of CryptoCodes.eu and its associated country sites and domains (together “the site”). By using the site you agree to what is set out below. Please read these terms and the disclaimer carefully.

1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
Cryptocodes is a trade name of Andreas & Lynn, based in the Netherlands. They operate CryptoCodes.eu and its associated country sites and domains (together “the site”). Full operator details (imprint) are shown at the bottom of every page.
These terms apply to every visitor and user of the site. By visiting or using the site you accept these terms and the disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Nature of the site — informational, not financial advice
CryptoCodes.eu is an independent information, news and comparison platform for crypto promo codes, exchange bonuses, products and market developments. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, payment service, asset manager, investment firm or provider of crypto services.
All content is general in nature and provided for information only. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation or offer to buy, sell, exchange or hold any crypto-asset or product. We do not take into account your personal situation, knowledge, experience or objectives.
For important decisions, consult an independent, qualified professional adviser where needed.
3. Not a crypto service provider and no offer
We do not custody crypto-assets, do not execute transactions or orders, do not exchange money or crypto, and do not manage funds or wallets for users. You enter into every transaction directly with a third-party provider, under that provider's own terms and supervision.
The site is not a public offering of crypto-assets and not an invitation to one. Information on the site has not been reviewed or approved by any supervisory authority.
4. Affiliate links, partnerships and compensation
The site is funded through affiliate and referral partnerships and through the fee of our solo mining pools. If you open an account, or buy something from a provider, via a link, banner or promo button on the site, we may receive a commission from that provider. You do not pay more via our link than you would directly; sometimes our link or code actually gets you a discount or bonus you would not otherwise get.
We currently do not place paid advertisements or sponsored articles. If we do so in the future, we will make them clearly recognisable. Partner offers in articles carry the label “Advertisement”: no one pays us for that placement, but we may earn from it, which makes it commercial communication. A partnership or commission does not imply any approval, guarantee or advice as to the quality, safety, lawfulness or suitability of a provider or offer. Not every offer on the site falls under MiCA or other financial supervision; where an offer has no authorisation, we say so. Leveraged products can quickly cost you a lot of money.
We decide the order in which offers are listed ourselves. Providers do not pay for a position, and the size of our commission plays no part. We look at the benefit to you, such as a discount or bonus you get via our link or code, and at our assessment of the provider and the offer. A promotion with an end date may temporarily rank higher. The order is not personal advice on what suits you best.
5. Accuracy, timeliness and availability of information
Promo codes, bonuses, terms, rates, availability and third-party offers change constantly and may differ by country, by user and over time. Despite our care, we cannot guarantee that information is complete, accurate, current or available at all times; information may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect.
The provider's own current terms always prevail. Always check any offer, code or bonus on the provider's official website before using it. No rights can be derived from obvious errors, typos or outdated information.
6. Third-party offers, bonuses and services
All products, offers, bonuses and services shown on the site are supplied by independent third-party providers. Any agreement about a bonus, code, product or service is concluded solely between you and the relevant provider. We are not a party, intermediary or representative in that agreement. This does not apply to our own solo mining pools; the terms in the section on the pools apply to those.
Handle any questions, complaints, payouts or disputes about a bonus, code, product or service directly with the provider. We are not responsible for whether a bonus is granted or paid out, nor for a provider's acts or omissions. Prize promotions, giveaways and draws on the site belong to the provider: the provider organises them, sets the rules and chooses the winners; we are not the organiser. Check the provider's promotion terms to see whether you are allowed to take part in your country.
7. Mining hardware and other partner products
If you buy mining hardware (such as an ASIC miner or home miner), a wallet, a node or another product via a link on the site, you enter into the purchase contract solely with the seller. We are not a party to that purchase: we are not the seller, importer, distributor or intermediary, and we do not receive your payment. Price, stock and delivery time are set by the seller; what is shown on the site may be out of date.
The seller and, where the law so provides, the manufacturer or importer are responsible for delivery, the condition and functioning of the product, the guarantee, the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds, and for compliance with safety and product rules (such as CE marking). You exercise your statutory consumer rights against them, not against us; so direct any questions and complaints to the seller. If you buy from a seller outside the EU, import duties, VAT and customs charges are often payable by you.
Watch out for fake webshops and phishing: check the web address before you pay, and never give your seed or recovery phrase to anyone. We will never ask for it, and neither will a genuine seller.
Returns and payback time for mining hardware are never guaranteed. They depend on factors including the price, the network difficulty and hashrate, halvings, your electricity price, maintenance, downtime and the lifespan of the device; when solo mining, you may never find a block. Amounts and sample calculations on the site are estimates. Mining hardware uses a lot of electricity, gets hot and can be very noisy: make sure your electrical installation is safe and check whether its use is permitted in your home, under your energy contract and in your country.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by products or services of sellers and providers, such as non-delivery, defects, loss, fire or electrical damage, or disappointing returns. This does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part, or in the event of injury or death, and it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Solo mining pools
Through pool.cryptocodes.eu, we, the operator named at the bottom of this page, offer solo mining pools for bitcoin, bitcoin cash, litecoin and dogecoin. This is our own service, not an offer from a third party. You use the pool with your own hardware. No account is needed: you enter into the agreement by connecting your miner to the pool. If you rent hashrate from another platform (such as NiceHash, MRR or HashStrike), you enter into that rental with that platform and pay there; we are not a party to it. We also mine on our pools ourselves, with our own and rented hashrate.
Price: if you find a block, 99 percent of the block reward plus the transaction fees in the block goes directly to the payout address you provide; the pool keeps 1 percent, as a separate payout in the same block. There are no other costs. We do not hold or manage any balances. If you do not find a block, solo mining earns you nothing and you pay nothing either.
Term and stopping: there is no fixed term. You can stop at any time, free of charge, by disconnecting your miner.
Right of withdrawal: as a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of your first connection without giving any reason; an email to the address at the bottom of the page is sufficient. By connecting, you expressly ask us to start immediately. If you withdraw, you only pay the fee on a block you found before the withdrawal; otherwise you pay nothing.
You are responsible for providing a correct payout address: we cannot recover a block that has gone to a wrong address. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; work may be lost due to outages, network problems, orphaned blocks or protocol changes. Your statutory rights if the pool does not work as agreed (conformity) remain in force. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work; this does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part.
If we change the fee or these pool terms, we will post this on the pool page at least 14 days in advance. A new fee applies only to blocks found after the effective date, and you can always stop free of charge. We may also discontinue supported coins or the service; we will announce that in advance too.
Check for yourself whether mining is permitted in your country and what the tax implications are.
9. Calculators, prices and network data
Calculators and dashboards on the site, such as the mining calculator, the heat calculator, the converter, the fee calculator, the box 3 calculator, the best share checker, the market regime dashboard and the tax overviews per country, provide estimates based on assumptions and external data. Prices, network data and rates may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Results are indicative and do not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. The market regime dashboard shows how prices have moved in the past; it does not tell you what to buy or sell.
10. Third-party links and content
The site contains links to and content from third-party websites and services. We have no control over those parties and are not responsible for their content, offers, products, services, terms, security or privacy and cookie policies. A link does not imply a recommendation. Visiting and using third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
11. Risks of crypto-assets
Crypto-assets are highly risky. Their value can fluctuate sharply and quickly, and you may lose your entire investment. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
Crypto-assets are generally not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme or investor compensation scheme. Transactions may be irreversible, and the sector carries risks of fraud, scams, technical failures and loss of access. The tax consequences of holding or trading crypto-assets are your own responsibility. See also the risk warning shown elsewhere on the site.
12. Your own responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and for assessing whether a provider, product or offer is suitable, permitted and safe for you. Always do your own research and never use or invest more than you can afford to lose. Any use of the information on the site is at your own risk.
13. Access, age and acceptable use
The site is intended for adult users (18 years or older). Do not use the site if using crypto services or this site is prohibited or restricted in your country or situation; you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
You may not misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes: unlawful or fraudulent use, disrupting or overloading the site, unauthorised data collection (scraping), reverse engineering, circumventing security measures, and infringing our rights or those of third parties. You may use our public interfaces, such as /llms.txt and our MCP server, to retrieve articles and offers, provided you credit the source and link to the page.
14. Intellectual property
All content of the site — including text, design, layout, graphics, database and compilation — is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by the operator or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use; reproduction, duplication, publication or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.
Third-party brand names, trade names and logos are used solely for identification and remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
15. Availability and changes to the site
We make efforts to keep the site working properly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue the site, features or content at any time, without prior notice and without being liable for doing so.
16. Warranties and limitation of liability
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty. This does not apply to our solo mining pools; the terms in the section on the pools apply to those.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit or other loss arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the site, the information on it, decisions you take based on it, or third-party services, offers or websites.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or to the extent this is not permitted under mandatory law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain fully in force; these terms do not affect them.
17. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time, for example in response to changes in law, regulation or our services. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the amended terms. That last point does not apply to the solo mining pools: we announce changes to those in advance, as described in the section on the pools.
18. Governing law, complaints and disputes
These terms and the use of the site are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Do you have a question or complaint about the site? Please contact us first via the contact page; we will try to resolve it together. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring the matter before the competent court or, where applicable, a competent dispute-resolution or consumer body in your country of residence. Complaints about a specific provider, bonus or service should be handled directly with that provider.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force; the provision concerned will be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to its intent.
These terms, together with our privacy policy and our cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement on the use of the site. These terms are available in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Dutch version prevails.
