The CASP authorisation behind Revolut is held by Revolut Digital Assets (Europe) Ltd, authorised by CySEC in Cyprus since 20 October 2025. Passporting extends that authorisation to 29 countries, the Netherlands included.

The register lists Revolut Digital Assets (Europe) Ltd, not the brand name Revolut. It is a different legal entity from the bank Revolut Bank UAB.
