The CASP authorisation is held by OKX Europe Limited, authorised by the Maltese regulator MFSA since 27 January 2025. It is valid in 30 countries: in Malta itself and, through the European passport, across the rest of the EEA, the Netherlands included.

The register lists OKX Europe Limited in Malta. The global OKX brand is a different legal entity and is not covered by this authorisation.
