The CASP authorisation is held by Bybit EU GmbH, authorised by the Austrian regulator FMA since 28 May 2025. It has been passported to 29 countries, the Netherlands among them.

Brand and legal entity

The register lists the entity Bybit EU GmbH. The global Bybit brand is a different legal entity and is not covered by this authorisation.

Note

Bybit EU GmbH (Vienna) is a different legal entity from Bybit Global, which is not authorised and is closing to EEA residents from 1 July 2026.
