MiCA authorisations: which crypto providers are licensed?

The MiCA transitional period ended on 1 July 2026: anyone offering crypto services in the EU needs a CASP authorisation. Below, per provider: which legal entity is authorised, by which regulator, since when, and exactly which services that authorisation covers — for our partners and for providers we earn nothing from. All of it straight from the public ESMA register, not from press releases.

Why this matters

An authorisation means supervision: capital requirements, safeguarding of client assets, complaint handling and disclosure rules. It does not mean your money is guaranteed — crypto is not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme. And an authorisation only covers the services listed in it; anything beyond falls under a different regime, or none at all.
